LayOut is a sister program included with SketchUp Pro: Its purpose is to provide an avenue by which you can create traditional 2D drawings utilizing a SketchUp model as the basis for presentations and construction drawings. LayOut presentations can include 2D and 3D views as well as photographs.

You will learn how to:
• Best set up your SketchUp model for export to LayOut
• Set up viewports in LayOut to display various model views
• Set up numerous pages and select page size
• Set your drawings to scale
• Add title blocks, sheet numbers, notes and dimensions
• Add textures, shading and various line types
• Export your LayOut document for printing
